How does a team go from 3 years NCAA bound to the worst team in the league? No leadership? Bad coaching?

It makes one wonder if KU can really compete in this sport in spite of the great facility?

Who's being held accountable?
Who should be?
Who's in charge? Who should be? How long can this go on? Who hired this regime? Why? Do they know what's going on with this team? Is a change forthcoming? Should there be?

How does the Jayhawk adminstration see KU volleyball's future?

How big of a hole can one punch in the bottom of ones boat?
