Anderson picks Oklahoma State

James Anderson, a 6-foot-5 forward ranked as the No. 34 prospect in the class of 2007 by rivals.com, announced today in a press conference at his high school his intention to play for Sean Sutton at Oklahoma State next season.

Anderson, a senior at Junction City (Ark.) high school, picked the Cowboys over Kansas, Kentucky, Florida and Arkansas.

It means that the lone signee KU will ink today to an official letter of intent is 6-foot-10 forward Cole Aldrich from Bloomington, Minn. Aldrich, who is a senior at Bloomington Jefferson high school, is ranked by rivals as the No. 25 prospect in his class, and is ranked fifth among centers.
