— Senior Jana Correa set a career high for attack percentage in the first game of her final season with the Kansas University volleyball team.

The outside hitter notched 14 kills and hit at a .765 clip in the Jayhawks’ 3-0 sweep of Alabama A&M in their first game of the Academy Sports/Crimson Invitational.

“We were really pleased with our hitting efficiency,” KU coach Ray Bechard said.

The Jayhawks dominated each game, 30-17, 30-8 and 30-14.

KU will play Miami (Fla.) at 11 a.m. today and Alabama at 7 tonight.
