OAK RIDGE, TENN. — Kansas University's rowing team placed 18th at the NCAA South/Central regionals Sunday.
KU placed 10th in the Central regionl standings and earned 67 points all weekend.
KU placed third in the first varsity four C finals in 8:05.16. Miami won in 7:59.3. KU notched sixth in the second varsity eight C finals in 7:11.87. The Jayhawks placed fifth in the first varsity eight C finals in 7:01.77. In the open four B finals, KU placed sixth in 8:33.86.
