Four appearances on ESPN's Big Monday, a trip to New York's Madison Square Garden, a home non-conference game against Tulsa and three non-conference road contests versus Wake Forest, Ohio State and DePaul highlight Kansas University's men's basketball schedule.
The Jayhawks will play a home Big Monday game against Iowa State on Feb. 5, to go with road outings versus Colorado (Jan. 22), Missouri (Jan. 29) and Baylor (Feb. 12).
Tulsa will invade Allen Fieldhouse on Dec. 16 in a game scheduled on ESPN. KU will visit Wake Forest on Dec. 7 (ESPN), DePaul (Dec. 12, ESPN) and Ohio State (Dec. 23 (CBS).
Also, KU will play in the Coaches v. Cancer Tournament on Nov. 9-10 in Mad-ison Square Garden. Other teams involved are UCLA, Kentucky and St. John's. KU will play UCLA on the first night.
The Jayhawks will open with a pair of exhibition games in Allen Fieldhouse against the EA Sports California All-Stars on Nov. 1 and NCAA Div. II Emporia State on Nov. 4.
