KANSAS CITY, Mo. - For the third straight season, the Big 12 Tournament will concluded with a matchup of Texas vs. Kansas. This year, some more bragging rights between the budding rivals are at stake, as the two Top-10 teams finished the regular season tied atop the league standings, both at 13-3.
