Following Arizona's upset of Oregon Thursday night, the Kansas University football team needs to avoid looking past Iowa State today at Memorial Stadium in order to, most likely, move into the No. 2 spot in the BCS standings heading into the Border Showdown next Saturday in Kansas City, Mo. The Jayhawks (10-0, 6-0 in Big 12) host the Cyclones (3-8, 2-5) this afternoon in the last home game of the season for KU. A Jayhawks victory today would give KU an 11-0 record for the first time in school history and an unprecedented seven conference wins. Read more »

KU coach Mark Mangino met with the assembled media following his team's 45-7 drubbing over Iowa State. The KU offense racked up 566 yards to ISU's 234.
