FINAL: KU defeats Swiss national team, 79-76
Switzerland missed a three from the corner at the buzzer to tie it, as the Kansas men's basketball team held on for a 79-76 victory over the Swiss national team on Tuesday night in Fribourg, Switzerland.
Jeff Withey led KU with 12 points, while Elijah Johnson and Travis Releford added 11. Andrew White also had double figures with 10 points.
KU will play Switzerland again at 10 a.m. Central time on Wednesday.

Self's argument is Withey had the ball when he was called for the foul. In that case, Swiss would get the ball, not free throws.
