The Kansas football team's offense disappeared in the second half, as No. 3 Oklahoma pulled away for a 47-17 victory on Saturday night at Memorial Stadium.
The Jayhawks mustered just six yards on their 27 plays of the second half. They had only first down in the final 30 minutes — coming with 3:10 left during garbage time.
OU receiver Ryan Broyles caught 13 passes for 217 yards and two touchdowns. He also set a new NCAA record for receptions in a career during the game.
Quarterback Landry Jones was 29-for-48 passing for 363 yards with three touchdowns and an interception.
Meanwhile, KU quarterback Jordan Webb had his worst game this season, completing just 13 of 25 passes for 108 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions.
KU (2-4) will play host to Kansas State at 11 a.m. on Oct. 22.
