FINAL: KU's offense comes alive in second half of 93-60 win over North Texas
The Kansas men's basketball team made 14 of its first 15 field goals in the second half, running away from North Texas in a 93-60 victory on Friday night at Allen Fieldhouse.
KU led just 36-27 at halftime, but Marcus Morris scored 10 of KU's first 12 points in the second half to start the Jayhawks' run.
After making just 1 of 5 shots in the first half, Marcus was a perfect 6-for-6 in the second half. He finished with a team-high 20 points to go with three rebounds.
Markieff Morris added 13 points, while Elijah Johnson had 11. Thomas Robinson finished with eight points and 10 rebounds.
KU made 32 of 54 shots (59.3 percent) and 9 of 15 threes (60 percent).
KU (3-0) will play host to Texas A&M Corpus-Christi at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Even when Dick Vitale announces games for KU, I will listen to Bob Davis & Chris Piper. Vitale will go off on a tangent-----ACC or Big East or whatever. Bob Knight does a good job---I know some folks don't like Bob.

Agree. I think he's settling down a bit. His 18-foot jumpers almost always go in. It might be a bad shot for others, but it's a good shot for him.

I am so sick of having to listen to Dave "WOW" Armstrong final thoughts. I know that he is a kansas Guybut he is the worst. Can we please get someone else to call the games. Im at the point I turn on the radio and watch the TV.

I think a lot of that goes back to the fact KU can pressure the ball more defensively without Aldrich.
