KU led by three before Tyler Honeycutt stole the ball with 13 seconds, then hit a three-pointer to tie it at 76 with four seconds remaining.
KU inbounded immediately, and Little was fouled on a loose ball with less than a second remaining.
He made the first free throw before missing the second, and UCLA's full-court heave was wide, giving KU the win.
Reed had a career-high 17 points, while Tyshawn Taylor also contributed 17. Marcus Morris added 16.

KU made just 16 of 30 free throws and was outrebounded by UCLA, 37-32.
