The Jayhawks were never challenged, using a 12-0 run to take a 22-7 lead with 10:39 left in the first half.
KU extended its advantage to 44-22 at break, and coach Bill Self started subbing out his starters before the final media timeout with the Jayhawks leading by 35.
Walk-on Jordan Juenemann added seven points on 3-for-3 shooting in four minutes.
KU was 27 of 48 from the floor (56 percent) and 9-for-15 from three (60 percent).
KU (22-5, 12-2 Big 12) will play at Texas A&M at 8 p.m. Wednesday.
