After winning their final two nonconference games by an average margin of more than 30 points, the Jayhawks couldn’t score on the Bears until six-plus minutes into the third quarter and stumbled to a 26-7 loss. Coming off back-to-back victories to close non conference play, the Kansas football team (2-1) begins its Big 12 schedule on the road, at Baylor (2-1). The Jayhawks haven't won a conference road game since 2008, but enter Waco, Texas, confident, thanks to their nation-best +12 turnover margin and a suddenly strong rushing attack centered around freshman sensation Pooka Williams.
